Start with the easy explainer
LIVE / THE PERKS OF TRADING WHITEPAPER

Rewards are for qualifying $PERKS holders only. The site is live; earning and claim routes depend on verified token identity, holding history, collected funding and current availability. A configured address alone does not activate rewards. Demo credit and claims remain simulated.

CHAPTER 01 / PERKS OF TRADING / HOLDER REWARDS

The idea

Choose a reward. Hold $PERKS. Trade on Solana. Make it real.

The showroom makes settled credit visible: your selected reward takes shape as your shared balance grows. Changing the goal keeps your credit. The launch collection contains 12 reward goals, including hardware and gift cards, with physical or supported USDC/SOL claim routes where available.

Only qualifying holders can earn trading rewards, mint a reward pass, claim it or receive its payout. A connected wallet without qualifying $PERKS holdings can observe supported activity, but that activity does not earn reward credit.

Rewards use a daily pool funded from collected, liquid $PERKS creator fees. Larger verified holdings increase your volume-based target. The pool and available treasury capacity determine how much credit can settle.

The loop is simple:

  1. Choose a reward and connect your wallet.
  2. Hold enough of the verified $PERKS token for 24 uninterrupted hours.
  3. Make eligible trades across supported Solana venues.
  4. Receive backed credit after the daily records are reconciled.
  5. Keep a currently qualified holding to mint your application reward pass.
  6. Claim an available route while your holding remains qualified.

CHAPTER 02 / PERKS OF TRADING / HOLDER REWARDS

Holding sets your boost

The five tiers use shares of the verified minted supply pinned to the campaign version.

Minimum share of pinned supply Holding boost Volume target before pool adjustment
0.001% 1× 0.05% / 5 bps
0.01% 2× 0.10% / 10 bps
0.1% 4× 0.20% / 20 bps
0.5% 8× 0.40% / 40 bps
1% 10× 0.50% / 50 bps

Below the first threshold, the reward target is zero. Exact token amounts require the verified mint, decimals and pinned supply. A name or ticker cannot establish eligibility.

A tier qualifies after 24 uninterrupted hours above its threshold. Each tier has its own clock. The boost for a trade is the highest tier verified throughout that trade's preceding 24 hours. A higher tier starts its own qualification period. A dip below a threshold removes that tier for later trades.

Minting, claiming and payout also require a currently mature qualifying holding: at least the first threshold held continuously for the preceding 24 hours, with complete history. A dip below that minimum pauses earning and locks these actions. Your settled credit and existing passes stay in your account; they are not forfeited. Requalifying unlocks them again.

Balances combine exact-mint token accounts directly owned by the enrolled wallet. Custody or staking arrangements require a validated ownership adapter. A current balance cannot qualify earlier trades. Enrollment begins prospective tracking; missing history stays pending.

Solana's owner-account RPC exposes mint-filtered balances. Continuous qualification needs a starting balance plus complete finalized balance-changing history, rather than occasional snapshots.

CHAPTER 03 / PERKS OF TRADING / HOLDER REWARDS

Trading coverage follows evidence

Eligible supported Solana spot swaps can count inside or outside Perks Of Trading, including $PERKS swaps. Holding $PERKS does not make every wallet transaction eligible.

A trade needs successful finalized execution, verified wallet ownership, supported parsing, accepted historical pricing and the holder's qualified tier at the time. A routed swap counts once. Re-indexing the same economic swap cannot add volume again.

Coverage depends on validated adapters and is shown in the interface. Do not assume coverage for every route or Solana protocol. Perpetuals, centralized exchanges, NFTs, bridges, liquidity actions, transfers and wrap/unwrap operations are outside this spot-swap policy.

Volume uses executed wallet-level quantities and one accepted USD notional per economic swap. Historical trades need prices relevant to execution time. Today's quote cannot price an old trade. Missing or unreliable prices stay Price pending. Pyth's pricing guidance explains the need to check stale prices and confidence intervals.

Observed activity, eligible volume, targets and settled credit are separate states. Only settled, backed credit can be used for a reward, and its use still requires current holder qualification.

CHAPTER 04 / PERKS OF TRADING / HOLDER REWARDS

Verified volume sets the target

For each accepted trade:

Trade target = eligible USD volume × 0.05% × qualified holding boost

This is the approved funded-volume model. It does not require the trader's venue fees to reach a separate rebate threshold. $PERKS no longer applies the earlier proposed minimum of a volume target and a trader-fee cap. That older model is historical, not the current offer.

Example only: a qualified holder's $10,000 eligible trade creates a $5 target at 1× or a $50 target at 10×. A target is an allocation input, not a guaranteed payment. The daily funding adjustment can reduce it, including to zero.

Review can keep questionable, duplicated, unsupported or unpriced activity pending or exclude it under the published policy. A 24-hour hold, verified volume and a funded pool do not prove that activity is organic or eliminate volume farming. Trading costs and losses can exceed rewards.

CHAPTER 05 / PERKS OF TRADING / HOLDER REWARDS

Collected $PERKS fees fund the pool

Perks Of Trading's selected launch route is Pump.fun. Creator-fee collection rights must belong to the dedicated Perks Of Trading treasury through verified launch configuration. Entering a token address does not grant fee rights.

Eligible trading volume and $PERKS revenue are separate ledgers. Watching a swap on another venue does not redirect that venue's fees to $PERKS. Only actual collected $PERKS fee receipts enter the fee-funded pool.

After each UTC day closes, the server reconciles the period's eligible activity, holdings, prices and collected receipts. The maximum new fee allocation is 60% of collected, liquid net $PERKS fees after operating costs and required reserve top-ups. The allocation is also capped by actual free treasury capacity after existing credit, outstanding passes and fulfillment reserves.

Net fees = max(0, collected liquid $PERKS fees − costs − reserve top-ups)
New fee allocation ≤ 60% × net fees
Daily pool ≤ new fee allocation and available treasury capacity

Example only: $1,000 collected, less $200 in costs and $100 in reserve top-ups, leaves $700. The maximum new allocation is $420. If free treasury capacity is $100, the pool cannot exceed $100.

Future fees, uncollected accruals and unliquidated token balances cannot back fixed USD credit. Each receipt is verified and allocated once. Unfinished evidence delays settlement. There is no fixed reward budget or unlimited cashback promise.

CHAPTER 06 / PERKS OF TRADING / HOLDER REWARDS

Daily settlement shares available funding

After reconciliation, the server locks the period's funded pool and accepted targets:

Funding factor = min(1, pool ÷ total accepted targets)
Wallet award = wallet target × funding factor

If accepted targets total $1,250 and the pool is $1,000, each target receives 80%. A $100 target settles as $80. The same proportional factor applies to all accepted targets in that period.

If the pool covers all targets, they settle in full and excess funds stay unallocated. A zero pool settles zero new credit. Unused funds stay in treasury until explicitly allocated.

Large holdings and large eligible volume can take a substantial share of the pool. This policy does not promise equal awards, a minimum wallet payment or a fixed effective reward rate. Higher boosts can still produce equal awards after rounding or when one wallet exhausts the available pool.

The server fixes the policy version, backing and accepted target set for each period. Settlement reserves liabilities and credits each award once. Integer accounting carries fractional credit forward; the interface exposes spendable cents. Browser state and the reward animation never authorize an award.

CHAPTER 07 / PERKS OF TRADING / HOLDER REWARDS

Credit becomes a pass, then a claim

Your settled credit is one shared balance. Switching goals keeps it. Falling below the qualifying holding minimum locks its use until you qualify again, without deleting it.

With a current mature qualifying holding and enough credit, minting an available reward pass deducts its cost once and preserves the remainder. A $100 pass minted from $125 leaves $25. Claiming the pass does not charge you again.

The pass is an application record of reserved reward value, not an NFT or an on-chain token. Its claim state prevents the same value being paid twice. Current holder qualification is checked again before claim and payout. Failed claims, cancellation and refunds need explicit ledger states.

Physical orders are fulfilled by the Perks Of Trading team's private operations process. A route opens only after stock, supported countries and the full landed cost are confirmed: procurement, shipping, tax or duty, payment fees and a replacement/refund allowance. A catalog goal is not proof of inventory or a partnership.

The collection includes Apple iPhone Duo, 256GB, with a $1,999 reward value. Apple's technical specifications confirm the model and capacity; its US shop lists $1,999 and availability starting 23 October 2026. On this paper's 17 October date it is a preorder product. $PERKS physical availability depends on confirmed procurement and cannot precede the product's availability. The catalog value is not a landed-cost quote.

Physical orders target 1–3 business days to process after the claim is accepted and availability is confirmed. That is processing, not arrival. Delivery depends on destination and transit.

USDC or SOL payouts require an available route, verified destination, current mature holding and disclosed quote accepted for that claim. A limited dedicated treasury and spending controls govern execution. Demo conversion rates never set real payouts.

CHAPTER 08 / PERKS OF TRADING / HOLDER REWARDS

Wallet access and delivery details

Wallet sign-in uses a free, readable, single-use message. It proves control of the public address and requests no transaction, transfer or spending approval. Perks Of Trading never needs a recovery phrase or private key.

Expiring challenges, server-side signature checks, revocable sessions, origin checks and rate limits support access control. They are not a third-party audit or a guarantee of perfect security.

Public wallet activity is on-chain. Enrolling associates the address's supported activity with the Perks Of Trading account. A real physical order also needs the necessary recipient and delivery information, under the claim's privacy notice and consent. Access belongs to the private fulfillment workflow. Demo recipient drafts are transient and cleared when the flow closes or completes.

CHAPTER 09 / PERKS OF TRADING / HOLDER REWARDS

Activation and published terms

The live site reports configured token identity, earning and claim readiness separately. An address appearing on the page does not prove that the reward pool is funded or a redemption route is open. An absent or unverified address keeps launch actions unavailable.

Activation requires verified mint and supply, fee rights and collection, liquid funding, complete holding history, accepted pricing, reconciliation, durable settlement and an available claim route. Private operations must confirm physical fulfillment details. A current mature holding remains mandatory for mint, claim and payout.

Token issuance, mint/freeze authorities, trading-fee percentage and unlock schedule require verified launch disclosures. The 60% figure here is a ceiling on allocating net collected fees, not a token trading-fee rate. Later policy changes start a disclosed version and cannot silently rewrite completed periods.

Token volatility, liquidity, trading losses, incomplete data and fulfillment delays remain risks. Rewards do not guarantee token value or a return. More trading can cost more than its credit.

Choose a goal. Keep your holding qualified. Check what has settled. That is how progress becomes a reward you can claim.
